We’re on the lookout for Practice Nurse to join our friendly, patient-focused team on a permanent part time basis. Deliver high-quality care, support patient health, and work closely with GPs and our amazing practice team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Triage and clinical assessment of patients
• Holistic health checks, screening, and preventative care
• Chronic disease management, wound care, minor procedures, and vaccinations
• Diagnostic services (ECGs, INR, glucose monitoring)
• Manage recalls and reminders, health promotion, and patient education
• Ordering, stock rotation, and maintenance of clinical systems
• Support practice accreditation, clinical risk systems, and compliance with WHS, infection control, and cold-chain standards
• Collaborate with GPs, allied health, nurses, and admin staff
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and professional development

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Current AHPRA registration (Div 1 Nurse)
• Demonstrated clinical competence and working within scope of practice
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Bonus Points:

• Primary care/general practice experience
• Further education in nursing
• Membership of a professional body (e.g. APNA)
• Experience with medical software systems
