To complete the application, you will need the following documents:

• Your up-to-date CV.

• If you were employed or studied at Flinders in the past, have your FAN number ready.

• The name of the college that invited you to apply.

• Photographic evidence of Date of Birth, Driver's license or proof of age card or passport.

• Evidence of your working rights. If Australian, please provide an Australian birth certificate or Australian citizenship certificate. If international applicant, please provide passport and Visa IMMI grant notification. Note: If you hold an Australian passport, please upload a photographic evidence of Date of Birth and as evidence of Working rights.

• Document that evidence any name change, if applicable.

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) if your position has been prescribed. You should have been notified by the topic coordinator or hiring manager if your position is prescribed.

• Evidence of any professional registrations, qualifications, licenses or trade, if any.

• Banking and Emergency Contact Details form.

• Tax file number declaration.

  It's fast and easy to complete your Tax file number declaration online—first, login into your MyGov account or create a new account.

  Access the Australian Taxation Office linked service. Once you are there, click on the Employment tab and select ‘New Employment’.

  To start the form, please enter Flinders University ABN 65542596200 and click on the search icon. Opt-in to include your super details to avoid delay in processing your superannuation contributions.

  Click ‘Start’ and complete the form, once finished, click on ‘Print Summary’ to print the form or save as PDF.
