The Sony Stores are an immersive and engaging retail environment where our customers can experience our brand and our products first hand. We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, technically-minded casual Sales Consultant to join our Parramatta team. 

You'll be responsible for engaging customers & promoting and selling Sony products within the store. We're looking for team members that: 

• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and driven to exceed sales targets and KPI’s
• Are passionate about providing excellent customer service and follow up, along with achieving positive outcomes for the customer
• Have the ability to think outside the box and find creative ways to achieve results
• Show interest in developing and learning about retail and business operations

To be successful in the role you'll have:  

• Experience in a similar retail sales role, including achieving store & individual KPIs
• Excellent sales and people skills
• Proven 'can do' attitude focused on achieving results
• Experience with or a keen interest in consumer electronics (such as cameras, headphones, speakers etc)
• Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster (including Thursday evenings, weekends and public holidays)
