Casual Retail Stylist

We are currently searching for customer-focused Casual Retail Stylists to join our team at our Birkenhead Point surplus stores.

At Assembly Label, we're building a team of collaborative entrepreneurs, collectively working for a company with a shared vision and open culture. Our success comes directly from the people we work with and as we continue to grow, we're always on the lookout for others who share our love for minimalist design and the Australian coastal lifestyle.

We will be hosting a group recruitment night on 16 June in Paddington, as we are looking to hire a number of Stylists. The recruitment night will commence at 5:30pm and is expected to run for approximately 1.5 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.


• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.


• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.


• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.


• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
