Your New Role

Bondi Junction is calling! We’re on the hunt for Casual Retail Team Members to help bring our brand new store to life. This is your chance to be part of something exciting from the ground up, joining a team that’s passionate about sustainability, style, and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

Whether you’re supporting at peak times, jumping in during events, or helping a customer find their perfect frank green product, you’ll be part of the energy that makes this store launch a success.

Your Day to Day

• Deliver warm, premium service with every customer interaction
• Support stock management, visual merchandising, and day to day operations
• Be on hand for product launches, activations, and peak trade buzz
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and brand representation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every shift

What You Need

• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• A friendly, confident personality with great communication skills
• Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings, and busy trading periods
• A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for sustainability, design, and creating great customer experiences
