About us

MSP Photography is Australia's largest school photography service provider, photographing more than 1.3 million pre-school, primary school and high school students across Australia each year. We're looking for positive, energetic and enthusiastic photographers to join our expanding team in the Melbourne and Geelong areas.

Requirements

You've got an interest in photography, and have done for a while, maybe you've developed some photo editing or retouching skills too, but you haven't been sure where or how to launch that into a new career without having any 'in-the-field' experience. 

You enjoy the time you've spent working in the service industry (…most likely hospitality?) and get a real kick out of giving your customers the best experience. You know that word of mouth travels fast and so enjoy seeing repeat customers, because you know that means they're happy customers. You find that the satisfaction of a job well done makes a long day on your feet seem like a stroll in the park, and you're not scared of a bit of hard work when you get the reward of lots of little smiles to keep you going along the way.

Our office is based in Hawthorn, but we service a wide area in the South West, South and South Eastern areas of Victoria. Applications are welcome from any area of Melbourne and the Greater Geelong region.

Please note: these positions will be starting in late January 2026 with some training to be held in late 2025.
