Classification: SCHADS Award – Social and Community Services Level 3.1

This role operates on a rotating roster across all shift types:

About the role
We are seeking committed and compassionate Casual Support Workers to join our Gold Coast Recovery Services Centre in Eagle Heights. You will provide consistent, person‑centred support within a safe and structured environment, aligned with our recovery‑oriented service model and organisational policies.
Your contribution will directly support participants throughout their stay, helping create a positive, respectful, and recovery‑focused environment.
