We are seeking an experienced Cataloguer to undertake a critical project involving inventory management and process enhancement for one of our clients. This temporary position, based in Perth, requires proficiency in Pronto ERP and offers an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact.

Description
In this role, you'll be the master of organisation, responsible for sorting, categorising, and maintaining impeccable records of items, resources, or assets. Your mission? Make sure every catalogue entry is spot-on, easy to find, and ready for action-all through the magic of Pronto!
Day to day tasks will include:
- Develop a comprehensive inventory listing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of stock codes and associated data.
- Categorise stock codes and integrate them with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and preferred suppliers for streamlined procurement processes.
- Design and implement a robust stock-take process to maintain inventory integrity.
- Create and manage standardised reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the review and approval process for material disposal, adhering to management guidelines.
- Design, gain approval for, and promptly implement the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) process.
Profile
- Proven experience in cataloguing and inventory management, ideally within the mining or heavy industry sectors.
- Proficiency in Pronto ERP software is essential for this role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
