About the role.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Category Manager to lead category strategy and activation across our Foodservice and QSR portfolio in ANZ. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product—bringing together insights, strategy, and execution to drive sustainable growth in a dynamic out-of-home environment.  You’ll play a key role in shaping category direction, supporting innovation, and strengthening partnerships across customers and teams.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.

About You.

What you’ll be doing.

• Lead and execute category strategy across Foodservice channels


• Drive market share growth through tracking and performance insights


• Monitor market trends across out-of-home and omnichannel


• Partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver plans


• Turn customer and market insights into actionable category plans


• Support NPD with strong market and customer alignment


• Support account planning and joint business plans


• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships


• Connect Sales and Marketing to drive in-market activation

What you’ll need to be successful.

• Experience in category, account management, or a similar role


• Strong understanding of category strategy and growth drivers


• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders


• Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability


• Clear communication and presentation skills


• Strong attention to detail across reporting and delivery


• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools


• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach

About the team.

You’ll be part of our ANZ Category team, working across a broader portfolio while partnering closely with the Foodservice Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This role plays an important part in shaping category strategy and driving growth across a diverse and evolving customer base.
