CDP level Chef - Work in our main Restaurant - Lunch/Dinner Shifts

Are you an experienced and passionate CDP looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity available for an experienced CDP to work in our main Restaurant kitchen covering our Lunch/Dinner Shifts. This is a full time, casual position working afternoon & nights, 11.30am - 9.30pm. 10hr days - 4 days a week with 3 days off.

Ideally you have extensive Restaurant experience working pasta section. We offer a wonderful team environment, with opportunity for continued learning and development.

• Previous experience working at a CDP level in a Restaurant or Cafe
• Full availability including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit long term
• Min Cert III commercial cookery qualification
• NSW Food Handler Basic Training Certificate
• Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to learn great techniques
• Able to follow recipes and plan your time accordingly
• Actively demonstrate pride in your work
