The service is centrally located, close to public transport, and provides a parking spot for the Leader. At full capacity, the centre will be home to 110 children. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make a brand new service their own.

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting, e.g. new builds. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Early Childhood Educational and Care professionals to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a CM role or higher in a long daycare setting
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
• Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
• Strong organisational and time management skills
