About the service

The service is centrally located and close to public transport. With up to 70 children when at full capacity, there are terrific-sized rooms, a fantastic outdoor environment, and genuinely happy and supportive staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make this your own.

About you

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting. 

You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served. 

Our ideal candidate would have experience in at least one A&R with favourable outcomes.

We are also looking for someone who has:

• Diploma qualification or above
• Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a Centre Director/Manager role
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• A natural ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
• Strong organisational and time management skills
