CEO's Appentice - Leading Industry Pay

As CEO’s Apprentice you will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategies and driving our mission forward. This is a rare opportunity to work as an understudy to our CEO, a thought leader within the recycling industry, and highly successful entrepreneur.

About the role:

• Prepare business plans based on input and direction from the CEO and relevant Executive team members.
• Undertake research on companies, technologies, and trends in the recycling industry.
• Analyse internal operations, product markets, and business opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitoring.
• Prepare comprehensive reports from the above activities and from information received from various members of the organisation.
• Assist in driving business plans to fruition.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and bids.
• Shadow the CEO in meetings and action items arising.
• Organise and assist with the co-ordination of the business, board reports and the like.

About you:

• Degree in commerce, business, and/or engineering.
• 2-3 years post-university experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and writing skills.
• Industry knowledge or experience is not required.
