Our Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP) is helping shape how we operate, serve customers and deliver long term business value. As our CEP Value Owner Principal, you'll play a key role in ensuring strategic investments translate into measurable business outcomes. Working across the program, you'll help identify, track and protect value, guiding decisions that maximise benefits and keep initiatives focused on what matters most. This is an opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence strategic priorities and see the impact of your work across the organisation.

This is a 12-month max-term contract role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Identify, validate and shape value opportunities, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic business priorities and customer outcomes.

• Track, measure and report benefits realisation across program releases, providing clear insights on value delivered against expectations.

• Challenge assumptions, assess financial impacts and support trade off decisions when priorities, scope or timelines change.

• Partner with business, delivery and technology leaders to maintain focus on outcomes and protect value throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Influence portfolio and investment decisions through data driven analysis, commercial insights and transparent reporting.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor on value management across complex transformation initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in value management, benefits realisation, portfolio management or a similar value focused role.

• Strong background supporting large scale transformation, technology or enterprise change programs.

• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations and business outcomes.

• Experience developing, challenging and governing business cases, benefits and value assumptions.

• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions through evidence-based analysis.

• Financial services, insurance, banking or consulting experience will be highly regarded.

• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment.
