Your new role
Are you a Change Analyst who is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders? Do you have experience applying best practice change and adoption frameworks to support complex IT projects and initiatives? Do you have strong written communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities?If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
This role will see you support an exciting initiative in the digital space working alongside an experienced Change Manager. You will identify change impacts and develop appropriate change plans and strategies. Leveraging your outstanding engagement skills, you will work closely with stakeholders and communicate across various levels and customer groups. You will be validating, coordinating and delivering training and knowledge content and contributing business readiness assessments to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a Change Analyst role and exposure to formal change management methodologies (Prosci preferred)
• Strong written communication skills and demonstrated expertise in producing clear and concise change documentation and reports
• A natural ability to engage and build strong relationships with a diverse audience
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing needs
• A proactive and collaborative approach to change and problem-solving
