About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Change & Communications Analyst to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives within our Group IT function. In this 12 month contract, you’ll play a key part in ensuring successful delivery of major projects by driving effective change management and communication strategies. You’ll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to prepare the business for change, build capability, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

More about the role:

•            Develop and execute change management and communication plans for enterprise IT projects

•            Partner with project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders to drive adoption and business readiness

•            Analyse current and future state impacts across process, technology, people, and culture

•            Create engaging communication content and training materials

•            Deliver multi-channel communications and coordinate stakeholder engagement forums

•            Provide guidance and support to project teams and end users

•            Contribute to building organisational capability in change and communication practices

What Success Looks Like:

•            Tailored and effective change and communication strategies

•            Strong stakeholder engagement and alignment

•            Clear and audience-specific communications

•            High levels of adoption and business readiness

About You

•            4–5 years’ experience in change and communications with a focus on Projects.

•            Experience in large-scale organisations and tech transformations

•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•            Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

•            Ability to manage competing priorities

•            Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Change Management, or similar.
