Change Coordinator - Higher Education | 6-Month Contract | $600 per day + Super

A leading higher education institution is seeking a Change Coordinator to support a large-scale business transformation impacting its operating model across faculties and professional services.

Working within a squad-based change team, this role will support Change Managers across stakeholder engagement activities, communications coordination, training logistics, and adoption tracking during a critical implementation phase.

Key requirements:

Experience supporting change within business or operating model transformation programs
Strong coordination and organisational capability
Experience developing communications and stakeholder materials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
