A leading and dynamic organisation is kicking off a major multi-year strategic transformation and is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a significant program of work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful, long-term change delivery and is looking for a role closer to home without sacrificing impactful work.

Your new role
Working within an established PMO, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change activities across a broad organisational uplift program. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support program delivery teams, and drive fit-for-purpose change approaches across a multi-year pipeline.This role suits a strong Change Lead or Change Manager who has previously operated with some level of leadership or senior accountability, and who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Develop and deliver change strategies, plans and communications to support program objectives
• Work closely with delivery leads, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure adoption and readiness
• Support capability uplift and engagement initiatives across impacted groups
• Facilitate workshops, briefings and change discussions across diverse audiences
• Monitor change impacts and risk areas, providing insights to program leadership
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change frameworks and practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience delivering change for large or complex programs
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with program teams
• Exposure to leading or guiding others within a change context (formal reporting lines not required)
• A practical, people-centred approach and strong relationship-building skills
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
