Change Manager for Organisaional Change Project Your new company
This organisation is undergoing significant transformation following a period of rapid growth and operational challenges. With multiple projects underway and a strong focus on improving employee experience, they are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their People & Culture team and drive critical change initiatives.

Your new role
Reporting to the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for driving change across two key streams:

• Workplace Relocation
  • Consolidation of three Sydney offices into one central location, scheduled for March/April.
  • Develop and implement a change framework, coordinate communications, and ensure a smooth transition for approximately 1,500 employees.
• Technology Transformation
  • Support the rollout of a new Customer Management System and other technology changes, focusing on the people impact and adoption strategies.

This role requires someone who can execute on smaller projects while shaping the broader change approach, building strong relationships with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders. Longer term, you will contribute to a major operating model transformation.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in change management within complex environments. Experience in a stand-alone change role desirable.

Exposure to higher education, technology implementations, and workplace relocations essential.

Op model experience essential.

Ability to work in unionised environments and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

Comfortable being hands-on while maintaining a strategic lens.

Strong communication and engagement skills to drive buy-in and adoption.
