Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, the Change Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities across defined workstreams within the rollout of our strategic Learning Evolution Program.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption and business readiness outcomes across complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on enterprise systems implementations, digital transformation, and E-commerce change. Working closely with Program Leadership, Project Managers, Technology teams, vendors and senior business stakeholders, you will design and deliver change strategies that drive adoption, minimise disruption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager who thrives in complex technology-enabled transformation environments and can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels while translating technical change into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and readiness activities aligned to program objectives.


• Lead Change Impact Assessments (CIAs), identifying business, process, system and member impacts across internal and external stakeholder groups.


• Design and implement targeted change interventions including communications, training and engagement activities (in partnership with training, go-to-market and communications teams).


• Monitor adoption, readiness and change effectiveness metrics, providing insights and recommendations to program leadership.


• Identify and manage people-related risks associated with enterprise systems, digital platforms and E-commerce transformation.


• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption and successful change outcomes.

About You

• 8+ years' experience delivering change within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.


• Proven experience leading change for enterprise systems implementations such as ERP, CRM, digital platforms, cloud or technology-enabled transformation.


• Experience supporting E-commerce and digital transformation initiatives.


• Strong capability in Change Impact Assessments, business readiness and adoption planning.


• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.


• PROSCI, APMG or equivalent change certification highly regarded.


• Relevant degree in Business, Organisational Change, Information Systems or similar.
