Change Manager

You will be involved building relationships with SMEs in multiple teams including Vendor partners and take a hands on approach in managing the delivery of training needs and build sustainability models. The role has a strong focus on detailed change impact analysis across the projects and supports the development and delivery of change tactics with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, project streams and delivery partners.
To be successful in applying for this role you will have:

• End to end experience in large complex transformation projects of work built up over 5+ years as a Change Practitioner.
• Cyber Security project experience
• The ability to influence and establish credibility with senior stakeholders, assess change impacts on the businesses, deal with change resistance and drive delivery.
• Possess PROSCI Change Management Practitioner certification or equivalent and you must be familiar with ADKAR and other change methodologies and tools.
• Ideally you will have Financial Services and/or Wealth Management and/or Insurance business experience
