Job Description - Change Manager

We have two exciting opportunities to join our organisation as a Change Manager. One Change Manager opportunity focusses on digital transformation while the other on organisation-wide strategic impact.

As our Change Manager you will be responsible for driving change management so changes are effectively planned, communicated, and executed to maximise adoption and minimise disruptions. The Change Manager works closely with the Executive team and other managers across the organisation.

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the objectives of the programs and organisational change management principles.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from stakeholders, analysing lessons learned, and implementing best practices in change management.
  • Initiating, developing and implementing effective organisational and project based change management strategies.
  • Fostering constructive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver projects and provide ongoing support.

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Change Management education and certification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a change management
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Experience in embedding best practice approaches across teams and responding to change resistance
  • Valid NDIS worker screening clearance or be willing to obtain one

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and coaching skill

  • This role will suit an experienced change manager with a passion for delivering organisational change through digital technology. With a knack for translating a technical digital program to actionable change management strategies and plans, you’ll support this program of work that impacts our community of residents, clients and staff across South Australia.

  • This role will suit an experienced change manager with a passion for providing advice and coaching to uplift capability and expertise across the organisation. Alongside driving best practice, you’ll enjoy the variety of leading change management strategic planning for a range of vital projects and implementing change plans for selected projects.

Salary Range : $120,000 to $130,000 (Plus Super), depending on experience
