Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Change Manager (Systems Improvement) will be key in designing and delivering an organisation-wide systems improvement project. You are an independent, results-oriented and passionate Systems Change Lead, with exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to provide advice, consult and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. In this stand-alone, hands-on role you will use your project and program management experience in combination with your strong digital technology background to work to deliver an enterprise wise fit for purpose systems solution.

This is a hands-on role in a small organisation, exemplary stakeholder and relationship management, change management and collaboration skills are a must. Extensive experience leading transformational systems change in both private and public sector organisations is preferable.
Proven experience in bringing clients on the journey, management and resolving issues in a collaborative and transparent way, building confidence and trust to maximise systems uptake is required.
You will demonstrate high level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment.
