Change Manager

Full Time (Fixed term position)

About the role

Relationships Australia WA (RAWA) are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team based in our West Leederville location. 

In this newly created role, the Change Manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing organisational change initiatives. This role involves collaborating with teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of change processes and new systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective change strategies and plans
  • Conducting comprehensive change impact assessments
  • Creating communication and training plans
  • Providing leadership and management support to the Leadership team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or industry accreditation, or extensive experience in change management.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing change management plans and initiatives, preferably with exposure to large-scale system implementations.
  • Experience in managing the varying expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. (PROSCI accreditation preferred)

Desirable Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing barriers to change.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
