About the role

• Nurtures the growth, wellbeing, and professional development of Chapter members, providing supportive guidance on career pathways, performance, and capability uplift.
• Collaboratively shapes and monitors Chapter OKRs, fostering alignment with Allianz Technology's priorities while contributing thoughtfully within the Extended Leadership Team.
• Brings deep expertise in Solution and Infrastructure Architecture, modelling an Agile, people-centred mindset and championing continuous learning and improvement.
• Partners closely with fellow Chapter Leads to co-create, refine, and enhance architectural practices, ensuring capabilities remain responsive to the needs of Tribes, CoEs, and Squads.
• Encourages strong governance and consistent delivery standards, while building healthy vendor relationships and promoting innovation through benchmarking and process enhancements.

• Communicates with clarity and empathy, building strong connections with both technical and non-technical partners.

• Approaches complex technical challenges with thoughtful analysis, helping the team co-create effective solutions; relevant certifications like TOGAF and Cloud (AWS/Azure) are encouraged.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
