Full time permanent position available- Wednesday - Sunday (8:30am to 5:00pm) - Upto 40 hours Work for a market leader with a talented & friendly team Opportunities for career development and progression The Role: Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Full time Chef Manager at our aged care residence in Cardiff Heights Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen. Roster:  Wednesday - Sunday (8:30am to 5:00pm) What This Role Involves: Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management Sound knowledge of IDDSI Experience in compliance with food safety regulations/  Experience with budgeting 70% Washing up own dishes as Catering staff will be attending service & cleaning of the Servery's Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices/ Dishwashing/ Customer service Demonstrable team management, development & leadership Assisting the broader team as required
