The role
Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the full-time Chef de Cuisine will oversee daily operations in the In-Room Dining kitchen. This leadership role is responsible for guiding a professional culinary team, ensuring the kitchen functions as a successful profit centre through effective organisation, direction, and control of production and administration, in line with Crown’s standards and policies. The Chef de Cuisine also plays a key role in supporting and implementing culinary operations aligned with concept statements, while delivering on financial and team performance targets.
