We’re seeking experienced Chef de Partie professionals to manage a kitchen section, maintain five‑star standards and support a smooth, high‑quality service. Experience in Western cuisine is highly desirable.

About the role

• Prepare, cook and present high‑quality dishes to Crown Perth standards
• Manage your section during service, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Follow recipes, food safety, HACCP and hygiene requirements
• Support stock control, minimise waste and maintain clean work areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
• Support and guide junior kitchen team members

About you

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ post‑apprenticeship experience
• Strong section management and technical cooking skills
• Experience in Western cuisine is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
• Positive, professional team player
