About the Position

Position Description

Assist in food preparation and presentation.
Ensure high standards of food quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures.

Position Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Availability across a 7 days roster including nights and weekends.
