GO BEYOND ORDINARY How You'll Shine As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running the day to day operation of the kitchen, planning and designing menus that are in line with financial goals and is appealing to all guests, providing Food and Beverages in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in the HACCP principles and the local guidelines for catering establishments. Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, commonly accepted in the catering industry. Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills. Strive to minimize food wastage.
