Job Description - Chef de Partie | JAM Record Bar

The Role

You will be part of a small team of chefs, we are looking for a CDP to join the team, ideally you will have the following experience.

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role, working in wine bars, restaurants or gastro pubs.
  • Happy working in a smaller kitchen team with a buzzing environment.
  • Experience managing a section and can work autonomously on occasion.
  • Have a great eye for detail and enjoy cooking small plates.
  • Follows allergen and WH&S practices.
