• Address issues with managers, kitchen and wait staff

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment
• Proficient in Food Control Plans/HACCP principles and maintaining accurate food safety records
• Effective communication skills to keep the team informed of production progress
• Team player mindset with the ability to mentor culinary team members
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
• This role requires flexibility to work when functions and events are scheduled, including evenings and weekends as needed
