Chef de Partie - Urgent Position

Movida Group Melbourne is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at chef hatted restaurant Movida Aqui location in the CBD.

 About the Role: As a Chef de Partie at Movida Aqui, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, working alongside passionate and experienced chefs dedicated to delivering culinary excellence. From preparing and cooking dishes to ensuring impeccable presentation, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency.

• Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are advantageous
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Strong food knowledge

Responsibilities

• Quality control
• Maintaining a section in high paced environment
• Deliver excellent food
• Cooking and plating up food consistency  according to the recipes
• Assist with ordering food from suppliers
• Assist with training staff

We have a full time position available at MoVida Aqui. We are open six days a week, closed Sundays. we do however ensure that our team has two consecutive days off each week.
