The role

Epicurean offers Sydney a sophisticated open-kitchen dining experience, featuring a variety of cuisines that highlight the freshest produce. Our dishes are carefully curated from the finest ingredients, allowing diners to create their own unique taste journey.

No sponsorship considerations at this level. Suitable work rights for Australia are required. Student visas are not accepted.

We are currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie with WOK experience to join our Epicurean kitchen. In this role, you will create joyful experiences for our guests through your genuine care. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
• Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards
• Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets.
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments.
