Chef di Partie

Are you looking to join a fun, friendly team set amongst the rainforest with a spectacular backdrop of the Daintree rainforest? Want to bring guests an immersive experience centered around locally sourced dishes excellence in the kitchen? We are looking for a highly talented Chef De Partie to join our award-winning team and bring your love and expertise of fine food to elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.   

Covering breakfast and dinner services you’ll work on a rotating roster of a team of 5 to deliver an a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner, plus a degustation menu for dinner service.
