Located in one of the best suburbs Melbourne, Northcote, Victoria, Brother Bon is a 100% vegan restaurant committed to sustainability and delivering culinary excellence in a friendly and approachable location. We offer an extensive menu rich in vegan delights taking inspiration from cuisines all over the world. 

Key Duties:

• Design and execute creative plant-based dishes.
• Ensure food quality and freshness and consistency.
• Ability to prepare regular menu items, special and allergen requests
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food order.
• Assist cooks and other workers in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation.
• Maintain health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and kitchen operations.

Applicant must have/be:

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (essential)
• Previous experience as a Chef
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Knowledge of modified diets
• Must work well in a team environment
