Our cafe in Brighton is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, energetic chef to join our team.

Previous experience working in high volume and fast paced venues.

Breakfast and lunch experience.

Mazi Brighton is located in the heart of Brighton with a serenity garden vibe. Our fully licensed cafe offers a creative breakfast and lunch menu in a beautifully renovated brand new and exciting venue.

The ideal applicant must have:

Attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of food is produced consistently.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
The capability of working with a team environment.
Flexible and available to work a variety of hours & days throughout a 7 - day week. Day shifts only no nights.
