The Waterline restaurant at Keppel Bay Marina is inviting applications for an experienced chef.
Aside from the excellent view we offer a contemporary menu with Asian influences 7 days and 7 nights a week.
Key Responsibilities will include -
*Cooking and preparation of various menus from Breakfast to Evening dining
*Adhering to Recipes and procedures
*Maintaining restaurant plating and cooking standards
Approximately 40 hours/week
Required skills & attributes:
*A career focused chef with a passion for food
*Ability to work various shifts across a 7-day operation.
*Previous experience in a high volume a la carte restaurant environment.
* A focus on attention to detail
*A strong work ethic
*Excellent communication skills
*Open kitchen requires a chef with a good kitchen temperament and personal presentation
*Being a team player is essential
* Previous experience in Asian cuisine also essential
*Willing to consider TSS sponsorship for Australian based applicants only
