The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Full time Chef Manager with leadership experience at our education site in North Sydney

The role is overseeing a boutique cafe and functions catering operations at a premium private school. Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen. 

Roster:Monday to friday 6:00-14:30/ Upto 40 hours

What This Role Involves:

• Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
• Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
• Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking 
• Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Assisting the broader team as required
