We’re currently seeking a motivated chef to join the kitchen team in a role suited to someone between Commis Chef and Chef de Partie level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing chef who is ready to step up, take on more responsibility and continue building their career in a fast-paced pub kitchen environment.

About the role:

• Full-time position

• Hands-on role working across prep and service

• Opportunity to learn and grow within a high-volume kitchen

• Work with a supportive Head Chef and established brigade

• Exposure to a broad pub-style menu and fast-paced service periods

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment

• A chef who is eager to learn and continue developing their skills

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services

• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented approach

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous
