The role
As a Chef, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our kitchen facilities. You will be based in our Central Kitchen in Rosebery, where you’ll lead our kitchen team in NSW to produce ready-to-use products with maximum quality and shelf life, and minimal cost and waste.

Your responsibilities
Below is a summary of your responsibilities:
Production innovation
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Assistants to continuously improve the effectiveness of our operations, recipe development, and execution.
Inventory management
- Oversee the inventory management process at all kitchen facilities, to ensure accurate levels of stock and ingredients.
Cost and production management
- Oversee volume forecasting
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and the Operations team to ensure the right amount of ingredients are produced at the right times.
Production oversight
- Oversee all production, including recipe development, ingredient preparation, processing, cooking, bagging, sealing, and bottling to ensure consistent yield of finished products and satisfaction from restaurants.
Leadership and people management
- Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
- Coach and develop your teams in their career development.
