The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking passionate and committed Chefs to join our Banquets and Restaurants teams at Crown. We have Casual, Part-time and  Full-time opportunities available.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to deliver some of Australia’s most prestigious events and dining experiences, including industry galas, corporate functions, private celebrations, and à la carte service across our award-winning restaurants.
• Prepare and present a diverse range of hot and cold dishes across Crown’s various food and beverage outlets.
• Assist in the execution and plating of events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions of up to 1,500 guests, as well as high-end restaurant service.
• Uphold food safety standards and demonstrate a sound understanding of HACCP protocols.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in high-volume catering, events, or restaurant service within a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
• The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Due to the demands of the role, including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work, only individuals with full working rights will be considered.



To be successful, you’ll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays.
