We’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced Chefs to join our teams across regional Queensland on Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) and Bus in Bus Out (BIBO) rosters from Brisbane. Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) 
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking) 
• Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Current)
• Previous FIFO Chef experience is highly desired but not essential 
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP 
• Prior Line Chef experience highly desirable 
• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship 

Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
