About the Role Our client is a well-known local hospitality venue and has been operating in the Albury/Wodonga region for over 100 years. They are looking for full time experienced chefs to lead their restaurant divisions within their business. Immediate starts are on offer for the right candidates.
This is a full-time opportunity, working in a fast paced and intense high end, premium hospitality environment serving premium clientele. This role requires you to work on a rotating roster with a mix of day, night, afternoon and weekend rosters spread between you and your colleagues.

About You You will be an experienced Chef with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role. Ideally you will have worked in a high-end Bistro or Pub serving a range of food dishes.
The successful candidate
must possess:
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher
- NSW Food Safety Certificate
- Food handling certificate
- 2 Years previous experience in restaurant environment (ideally high end)
- Clean police record
