In addition to being a brilliant communicator who can win people to their cause , you must have:

• Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
• Experience in aged care leadership , with background in clinical governance, quality or education
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write first class reports
• Experience in policy and procedure maintenance
• Leadership skills with ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of aged care standards, legislation and changing regulation

Reporting to the switched-on CEO , the role includes:

• Managing clinical governance for James Milson Village across their two sites
• Working with multiple stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes and regulatory requirements
• Being a key player in the senior leadership team
• Demonstrating forward-thinking regarding policy , procedures oversight and requirements
• Leading and value-adding to the Board’s clinical governance committee
• Trending, data analysis, complaints management
