About the role
The Chief Engineer is a senior leadership role within EOS Defence Systems and is responsible for leading a cross-functional engineering team. The role has authority and accountability for the engineering strategy and standardised organisational execution throughout the product development lifecycle across all engineering disciplines.

About You
The Chief Engineer will ensure products are researched, developed, designed, built through projects or otherwise, transitioned into full production. This includes identifying, diagnosing, communicating, and mobilising teams for corrective action and improvement to ensure delivery of agreed metrics and milestones
You will be an ethical leader, influencer and problem solver who works and interacts with people in cross functional multidisciplinary teams to solve routine engineering problems and solutions.
