There is land onsite for future development, and the board has an appetite for change.

• Visionary Leadership: Like a seasoned Captain, you will guide the organisation with a strategic vision that honours its heritage while driving innovation and growth. Unlike steering the Titanic, whose size was unmanageable, every slight turn you make at KDHS will reap immediate results. Your leadership will shape the destiny of this boutique organisation, setting a course for success in partnership with a supportive Board of Directors.
• Operational Excellence: With a crew of dedicated professionals by your side, you will ensure the smooth operation of all facets of operations. From compliance, accreditation, financial and workforce management to asset utilisation, your steady hand will navigate through any strong head-winds and identify future opportunities alike.
• Nurturing Good Governance: Safeguard the integrity of KDHS with the precision of a seasoned navigator, ensuring calm expert sailing through regulatory waters. Uphold the highest standards of governance, managing risks like a skilled captain navigating a ship through stormy seas. Foster strong relationships between the Board and CEO, charting a course that aligns with the organisation’s mission, values and strategic plan.
