Inlogik is looking for a commercially minded, values-led CFO to help shape our next phase of growth. You’ll be the executive lead for group finance, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, statutory compliance, and you’ll partner closely with the CEO on strategic and tactical decisions that drive performance and sustainable scale.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends strategic leadership with real operational impact—improving systems, strengthening governance, and building clarity and confidence in the numbers across a multi-entity, global business.

What you’ll own

• Lead group finance and act as the chief financial spokesperson, supporting the CEO on budgets, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting and funding. 


• Drive management accounts, cashflow and budgeting, and deliver clear financial reporting/presentations for the Board. 


• Oversee statutory obligations (FBT, BAS, payroll tax etc.) and manage audit readiness (interim + annual). 


• Lead continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

What you’ll bring

• Prior CFO experience 10 years plus and deep capability across day-to-day finance operations and leadership in a scaling organisation. 


• Tech/software experience (highly valued) and confidence working across stakeholders and multiple entities.
