As the business continues to grow and with a huge pipeline of works, the team are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a background in construction or development.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing the dependability of the company's financial information processes to ensure timely and precise financial reporting, compliance with regulatory obligations, risk management, leadership and support for strategic business decisions.Craft financial strategies that are aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives to maximize effectiveness.Ensure precise and punctual financial reporting in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, and regulatory standards.Guarantee adherence to Australian financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.Create tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing tax liabilities.Ensure the operating budget/forecast is current and approved by the Directors.Provide effective leadership for the accounts and finance function.Make an effective contribution to the management team.About YouAt least 5 years' proven experience in a CFO role or a Financial Controller looking to step upTertiary qualifications required - CPA or MBA also preferredRenumeration & BenefitsRenumeration based on experience and negotiatable up to $250K packageOffice based in Sydney CBDGreat team & working cultureFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact
