About The Role

As the CMO of Elite Supplements, you’ll lead, inspire and empower our marketing team of 9, and broader teams, to deliver exceptional growth across our e-commerce and retail channels.

You’ll prioritise the digital arm of our business and provide strategic guidance to internal teams and external agencies. You’ll have extensive experience and ideally a background in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead our existing digital and retail marketing team.
• Work closely with our Head of Ecommerce to develop and implement best practice digital and omni-channel campaigns.
• Manage an external agency handling digital channels including SEO and digital marketing.
• Implement national marketing campaigns across digital channel and a store network of more than 100 locations.
• Be the point of contact within the business for marketing and communications
• As a franchise orginisation, you’ll also work closely with our Retail Marketing Manager and network of amazing franchisees to grow and develop their stores.
• Create an omni-channel experience that aligns with the business and our customers
• Work with procurement, NPD and warehouse teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans and manage marketing budgets.
• Build and manage monthly reporting dashboards
• Ad hoc duties as requested by SLT

About You

You live and breathe marketing and have experience leading e-commerce brands.

• 5-10+ years in a senior marketing role.
• Experience or a strong interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated skills in project management and the ability to work across multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in SEO, Meta ads, content marketing and email marketing.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
